Had a pan in the oven, transferred it to the stove, and turned to grab
a spatula.
Turned back, and stirred the pan. When the pan moved I grabed the
handle with my free hand. The 450 degree handle...
Fucking hurt, but I got dinner done.
Broiled Sea Bass, saffron orzo, sautéd mushrooms and leeks. The Sea
Bass is plated on top of Avocado slices, and has a white wine and herb
sauce spooned on top. Fantastic enough to make me forget about my
hand. At least for a minute.
